Length of pull (LOP) adjustments are conducted internally via spacers, resulting in a robust, rattle-free configuration. Furthermore, the grip angle can be modified by interchanging between sporter and vertical grip modules. Overmolded rubber on critical gripping surfaces enhances security and control in all environmental conditions. A shortened 1-inch Inflex Recoil Pad enables a minimum LOP of 12-7/8 inches, accommodating smaller framed shooters or those operating in cold climates requiring additional layered clothing.
Optimized Barrel Profile
This model features a 20-inch barrel, two inches shorter than standard configurations, specifically designed to mitigate overall weight while maintaining ballistic performance. The barrel is equipped with a radial muzzle brake to reduce felt recoil and muzzle rise. Its 5/8″x24 muzzle threading facilitates straightforward integration of a suppressor, enhancing operational versatility.
DLX Trigger System
The X-Bolt 2 Micro Composite incorporates the DLX Trigger, a three-lever mechanism engineered for uncompromising trigger performance. This design eliminates creep, take-up, and overtravel, delivering a clean and consistent break. The trigger is factory-preset to 3.5 pounds and is adjustable down to 3.0 pounds, allowing for precise user calibration.
