Barrel System
The 16-inch 4150 Chrome Moly Vanadium barrel is specified for consistent projectile velocity and reliable gas operation. It is integrated with a carbine-length gas system, optimized for predictable cycling and recoil impulse across varied ammunition types. A standard A2 flash hider is factory-installed to mitigate muzzle flash signature.
Bolt Carrier Group
The Mil-Spec 8620 steel bolt carrier group undergoes shot-peening and Magnetic Particle Inspection (MPI) to verify material integrity and structural durability, ensuring sustained function under rigorous operational cycles.
Receiver Assembly
The upper receiver is a forged 7075 T-6 aluminum A3 flattop, featuring T-Markings for precise optic and accessory relocation. It provides a stable interface for tactical optics. The lower receiver, constructed from DB-15 Carbon material, contributes to a balanced, lightweight foundation while maintaining structural rigidity.
