The A5 variant features a low-profile, two-position adjustable gas block, enabling precise gas regulation for varying ammunition loads or suppressor integration. This design is complemented by LWRCI’s extended 12-inch SPR-style modular rail system. Proprietary upper and lower receivers are precision machined to incorporate an enlarged ejection port, ensuring unhindered casing ejection specific to the 6.8mm SPC II cartridge. The upper rail section features a scalloped cutback design, providing direct access to the gas block for adjustment while maintaining the full functional length of the 12-inch modular rail sections on the sides and bottom of the handguard.
