At KFF Defense, all sales are considered final due to the nature of the products we sell.

All Sales Final

Because many of our products include firearms, firearm components, ammunition, and related accessories, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been processed or shipped. Please ensure all product selections, quantities, and shipping details are correct before completing your purchase.

Manufacturer Defects

If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect or quality issue, responsibility falls with the product manufacturer. We are happy to assist in directing you to the appropriate manufacturer for warranty claims or support. Please contact us at info@kffdef.com.

Order Cancellations

Order cancellations are not guaranteed and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If you need to request a cancellation, you must contact us immediately after placing your order. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged during shipping or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

We will review the situation and determine the appropriate resolution.
