Shipping Policy

KFF Defense processes and ships orders as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Order Processing Times

Most in-stock items ship within 2–7 business days. Average delivery timelines are typically under one week; however, shipping times vary depending on product availability, manufacturer supply, and carrier performance.

Backordered items may take up to 30 days or longer depending on supplier availability. Certain brands may ship within 2–3 business days. All shipping timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Firearm Shipping and FFL Requirements

All firearms must be shipped to a valid Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder in accordance with federal law. By purchasing a firearm, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Firearms will not be shipped directly to your residence.
  • You must designate a valid FFL dealer.
  • The FFL dealer must provide a valid license copy before shipment.
  • You are responsible for all transfer fees charged by your selected FFL.
  • Failure to complete a background check does not entitle you to a refund.

Delays caused by FFL verification, state regulations, or background checks are beyond our control.

Ammunition and Restricted Items

Certain products, including ammunition and restricted accessories, may not be eligible for shipment to all states or local jurisdictions. It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with local laws before placing an order. Orders that violate shipping restrictions may be canceled at our discretion.

Carrier Responsibility

Once an order leaves our facility and is transferred to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery, damage, or delay transfers to the carrier. KFF Defense is not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays or weather-related disruptions
  • Lost packages after carrier acceptance
  • Damage occurring during transit
  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

If your package is lost or damaged in transit, you must file a claim directly with the carrier.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may be subject to additional shipping charges.

Order Tracking

Tracking information will be provided once your order ships, when available from the carrier.
